DOREA FAMILIE was established by an experienced management team with the support of the Quadriga Capital funds in 2015. Its objective is to become a leading provider in Germany’s growing market for care services, also in terms of innovation. Based on an active buy-and-build strategy, DOREA is continually expanding its portfolio of care facilities and services by adding care homes at attractive locations, outpatient care services and new, innovative methods of care.

Until the sale of DOREA to a family-owned care group in 2018, 25 acquisitions were implemented with the support of Quadriga Capital increasing the portfolio from 5 to around 60 facilities.
