Violetta Sulzbach

Impact & ESG Manager

Violetta joined our Operating Team in 2020. She advises Quadriga Capital Funds' portfolio companies on the implementation of sustainability programmes with a focus on impact creation as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors. Simultaneously, Violetta is researching at the Impact Institute of the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel as part of her PhD in Sustainable Finance. Previously, she worked in the Financial Institutions knowledge team of the Boston Consulting Group and in the Corporate Social Responsibility department at Daimler AG. She holds a Master in Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and a Bachelor in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth.
