Fabmatics GmbH, based in Dresden, Germany, has joined the international automation platform SCIO Automation GmbH. The takeover by SCIO Automation GmbH, agreed upon on October 30, 2023, subject to official approvals, was completed when the deal closed on December 27, 2023.
