The GBA Group has acquired Medical Device Services - Dr. Rossberger GmbH (MDS) in Gilching, Germany. This acquisition significantly expands GBA Group's service portfolio in the qualification and assessment of medical devices, providing customers with access to an even broader range of analyses.
Founded in 1994 in Gilching near Munich, MDS currently employs more than 30 staff and is one of the leading providers of qualification and assessment services for medical devices in Europe. The portfolio includes laboratory analyses and other services related to the qualification of biological compatibility of products/materials, qualification of manufacturing, cleaning, packaging, sterilization processes and packaging systems, as well as validation of the reprocessability of medical devices.
